Introduction
Identify a situation, within an organization you are familiar with, that would benefit from a creative contribution, provide a novel solution and create a framework to demonstrate your suggested approach. The report should incorporate theoretical sources to support the work, with a critical perspective and progress to demonstrate synthesis of ideas and the implications for managers.
