1. Analyse the business environment (both micro and macro) of the UK using appropriate models (Porters Five Forces for Micro and PESTLE for Macro). (1000 words)
2. Use any appropriate strategic models like ANSOFF, Blue Ocean or any model of your choice to design appropriate business strategy for the company. (1000 words)
3. Using the Force Field Analysis, explain the challenges associated with the recommended strategies and how to overcome them. (600 words)

 NOTE: use the remaining wordcount (400) for introduction (200 words) and conclusion (200 words)
