Feedback: For 1^st attempt assessments, feedback will normally be provided 20 working days after the point of submission.

• Identify some of the barriers to effective communication within your chosen interaction and discuss the interpersonal and communication skills used to overcome these barriers (L/O 1)
• Consider more broadly one key challenge to person-centred care within your field of practice and explore how nurses can best overcome this challenge (L/O 2)  
• Discuss the range of evidence that nurses can use to ensure care is patient centred (L/O 3).
• Conclusion –summarise your key points
• Your assignment must be supported with reference to relevant literature.
• Use the required APA referencing format.
