Your coursework assignment consists of two parts:

Select ONE case study from the following two cases:
Case Study One: MSc course
Michel just received confirmation of admission for the MSc Programme and Project Management course at the University of Chester. Michel is so excited by that. That programme is so important for him.
For Michel the project output is the award of MSc degree. Expected outcomes, future benefits from the project are personal. For each stage of a selected project, consider a main approach and possible alternatives, discussing any repercussions of each.
Even before the modules start, Michel needs to initiate and prepare the academic year. That is quite a project for him. And you have been selected to help him for that project.
In order to make that individual project successful, you decided to use and apply PRINCE2© methodology.
First, you review with Michel how to apply the seven PRINCE2© principles all along his MSc project.
Then, you review with Michel how and what to implement the seven PRINCE2© themes all along his MSc project.
Case Study Two: Postal Service
Objectives of the project
Post Office intends to launch a new service to transport goods from a collection point to a delivery point.
Requirement baseline (first version of the functional specifications) is:
- Requirement 1: Collecting groups of packages from either regular or temporary client companies.
- Requirement 2: Transportation of grouped packages from either regular or temporary client companies.
- Requirement 3: Final delivery of grouped packages from either regular or temporary client companies.
- Requirement 4: Insurance of transported packages at value declared by client companies.
- Requirement 5: Monitoring of delivery sign-offs.
