You are required to:

Identify a pertinent topic within your field of study that possesses the potential to be developed into a comprehensive dissertation. This topic should be strategically selected to serve as a self-promotion tool, enhancing your professional profile. The objective is to demonstrate to graduate recruiters how your knowledge and skills can add significant value to their organization, industry, or sector.

  • Identify a clear problem impacting the organization, industry, or sector. Outline the problem`s impact, justify the need for research, and highlight the originality of your work in providing a solution. Present a title for your work, an aim statement, and research objective(s).
  • Present a theoretical or conceptual framework to serve as the foundation for the design of the primary and any secondary research methodology. This should be based on a critical literature review, to be presented in draft format in the appendices. The literature review, submitted as a draft in the appendix, should be between 3,500 and 4,000 words (+/-10%). Formative feedback will be provided for the draft literature review only at this stage and will not be marked.
  • Using the theoretical or conceptual framework presented, identify two to three primary research techniques to assist in answering your research aim and objectives.
  • You will:
