This unit will develop your knowledge and understanding of managing a whole systems approach to equality, diversity, and inclusion in adult care services. It will cover the legal requirements surrounding equality, diversity, and inclusion and how legislation and policy informs good practice in relation to equality, diversity and inclusion. It will also explore methods of supporting others to challenge discrimination and exclusion in a positive way.
ANALYSE - to study or examine something in detail (looking at all the component parts of the whole) to discover more about it, i.e., what works well, what does not, how is it beneficial.
A conclusion could follow - what possible changes can be made as an improvement.
